Title: Master Program Scheduler

 

·   Assigned to existing programs for the Republic of Korea, my primary focus was to re-model two engineering development schedules in order to determine remaining work and establish accurate delivery dates.

·   Modeled and successfully implemented a fully functional resource pool which allowed Program Managers to assign resources, review over-allocations and adjust tasks as needed.

·   Continued work with business development which includes the development of integrated master schedules for the purpose of capturing contractual scopes of work (SOW) and WBS elements for proposals.

·   Performs monthly schedule metrics, maintains and updates estimates to completion for monthly Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Earned Value Management (EVM)

 

Sparton Defense and Security (May 2011 – Sept 2012)

Title: Senior Program Scheduler

 

·   Responsible for the development of master program schedules for the Navy (DOD) with primary focus on the Navy’s High Altitude Anti-Submarine Warfare program (HAASW).

·   Successfully modeled and maintained a dynamic program schedule for a joint venture between Sparton Defense and Ultra Electronics-USSI. The program (ERAPSCO) required the use of a fully-functional project schedule to track the progress of all engineering efforts including mechanical and electrical design as well as software and technical development.

·   Practiced utilization of Microsoft Project’s resource sheet by including resources and task assignments which generated accurate resource and group management reports.

·   Worked closely with business development and proposal groups to model schedules which follow contracts scope of work (SOW) and work breakdown structure (WBS).

·   Collaborated with NAVAIR Program Management to model current and future schedules which allowed for better CLIN and CDRL visibility and management.

·   Successfully built and integrated program bid schedule templates for contracts and proposals

Oceaneering Umbilical Solutions (January 2007-April 2011)
